Product
We promise that, if any Royal Liverpool product purchased online does not meet with your approval for any reason, you may return it to us in a saleable condition and in its original packaging (if possible) within one month of the purchase order for an exchange or a full refund.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications on this website are correct. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in actual goods may occur.

Service
We aim to despatch all orders within five working days. If items are required for a specific date within achievable timescales, every effort will be undertaken to ensure delivery schedules are achieved. If you return an item for exchange that is in stock then we will despatch your exchange the next working day. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information.

Note that you will be shown total purchase price, shipping costs and VAT (if applicable) before you go to the final payment phase.


Terms and Conditions
A contract between the customer and John Heggarty for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed (at which point the buyer's credit card will be charged for the value of goods despatched, plus delivery charge where appropriate). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Our goods are provided to customers on the basis that title will not pass until a period of one month has elapsed since the items were despatched. This term applies regardless of the method of payment used in relation to the goods.

John Heggarty cannot accept liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment, catalogue, or website. This statement does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

We accept most major credit cards.

Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is in the range.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please see Delivery section below.

If goods shipped are subject to any import duties or taxes(or both) you agree to pay those costs.

Goods purchased on the website can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within one month of the date of purchase, as long as they are in a saleable condition.

Security
We go to great lengths to ensure the security of your orders and all orders are transmitted over a secure connection. Our online store is maintained on a secure server and no credit card details are stored on our systems. Any information given may be used by John Heggarty. We will not share your personal information with other third parties for their independent use without your prior permission.

Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within five working days. If you return an item for exchange that is in stock then we will despatch your exchange the next working day. Goods will be despatched using Royal Mail or Hermes.
Please feel free to contact us if you need further information. Delivery charges and timescales are as follows:

UK up to £15.00 (depending upon weight)
USA and Europe up to £25.00 (depending on weight)
Rest of World up to £30.00 (depending upon weight)

Please note that John Heggarty reserve the right to make changes to the above delivery charges from time to time. These changes will be reflected in the final price calculation at the checkout phase.

Returns and Refunds
Your complete satisfaction with our product is our guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to return it, at your own cost, within one month of your purchase date. In the respect of faulty goods, the cost of returning the goods will be refunded. If you have merchandise you would like to return or exchange, please return it to:

Enclose a reason for return, a copy of the receipt, the order number, your name, address, a daytime telephone number and an email address. Exchanged items will be returned to you in the timescales detailed in "Delivery" above.

Credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is faulty.
