Returns and Refunds
Your complete satisfaction with our product is our guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to return it, at your own cost, within one month of your purchase date. In the respect of faulty goods, the cost of returning the goods will be refunded. If you have merchandise you would like to return or exchange, please return it to:

Enclose a reason for return, a copy of the receipt, the order number, your name, address, a daytime telephone number and an email address. Exchanged items will be returned to you in the timescales detailed in "Delivery" above.

Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order  at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales, you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty. Should you cancel the order we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means that the goods must be returned unused and in original packaging supplied upon delivery. If you do wish to cancel your order please inform us directly via email.

Credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is faulty.
